Copper Pin Type Terminals/Lugs (Insulated/Non Insulated)

Copper Pin type lugs are made from high-quality electrolytic copper. Chetna Engineering offers Round Pin Type, Flat Pin Type, and Rectangular Pin Type terminal ends. Depending on the application different types of sleeves are used. Chetna Engineering provides Non-Insulated Pin Type Lugs, PVC/Nylon Insulated Pin Type Lugs, and Metal Reinforced Insulated (Double Grip) Pin Type Lugs.

The PVC insulated pin has a unique funnel-shaped PVC sleeve that guarantees total insertion of the conductor strands into the terminal barrel, creating a secure and reliable connection. The third type of pin is provided with metal reinforced sleeves to maintain a proper grip on conductor insulation.
