- Respond if a violent incident occurs in the workplace, on both an individual and organizational level

Preventing Workplace Violence is crucial for creating a safe and productive environment for employees. It not only protects individuals from harm, but it also protects the company as a whole. A company that prioritizes preventing workplace violence will experience increased productivity, higher morale, and improved relationships among employees. Additionally, a company that takes steps to prevent workplace violence will also demonstrate a commitment to the well-being and safety of its employees, which can be a valuable selling point for potential customers and investors.
Violence of any sort has many roots. Sometimes there are warning signs of workplace violence, but this is not always the case.
